# Thêm thành viên vào Team

## 1. Thêm thành viên vào tài khoản phân quyền 

Đầu tiên, bạn cần vào phần Team, Thành viên để thêm thành viên vào tài khoản

Bấm vào mục Tạo Thành Viên mới , điền tên email thành viên và chọn quyền trong tài khoản

## 2. Thêm thành viên vào Team 

Sau khi thành viên đã thêm thành công vào tài khoản phân quyền, bạn vào mục **Team**, mục Team, chọn **Tạo Team Mớ**i, để thiết lập các Team

Sau đó trong phần Thao tác của từng team, chọn Thành viên:

Nhập email thành viên cần thêm (đảm bảo bạn đã Tạo thành viên mới trước đó).

Chọn Editor là **Team Leader** nếu muốn

Trường hợp 1: Owner muốn Manager chỉ quản lý team liên quan: Owner sẽ KHÔNG tích chọn chia sẻ tài nguyên cho Manager, muốn Manager quản lý team nào, thì sẽ đưa Manager vào là Member của Team đó, các team sẽ không nhìn thấy tài nguyên của nhau, trừ các tài nguyên được chia sẻ chung với nhau.

 Trường hợp 2: Owner muốn Manager quản lý tất cả các team: Owner tích chọn chia sẻ tài nguyên cho Manager. Lúc này Manager sẽ nhìn thấy mọi nội dung trong tài khoản, muốn xem hoặc chỉnh sửa tài nguyên của Team nào thì sẽ xem và chỉnh sửa được của Team đó.
